UMFT121DC [FTDI]

The FT121 is a USB 2.0 Full Speed compatible device controller with integrated SIE, endpoint buffer, transceiver, and voltage regulators. It supports up to 8 bi-directional endpoints with a total 2k bytes endpoint buffer and double buffering for increased throughput. The device features a fully integrated clock generation (no external crystal required), SPI slave interface (3-wire or 4-wire) for connection to external microcontrollers, and USB battery charger detection. It operates at VCC 3.3V or 5V with internal 1.8V and 3.3V LDO regulators, and supports VCCIO from 1.8V to 3.3V. The device is compatible with UHCI/OHCI/EHCI host controllers and operates in an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is available in Pb-free TSSOP-16 and QFN-16 packages (RoHS compliant).
