The GD25LB256E is a 256M-bit (32M-Byte) serial flash memory supporting standard SPI, Quad SPI, and DTR modes. It features high-speed read up to 166MHz, Quad I/O data transfer up to 532Mbits/s, and DTR Quad I/O up to 832Mbits/s. It supports XIP operation, software/hardware write protection, low power consumption (20μA stand-by, 2μA power-down), advanced security features including 128-bit Unique ID and 4K-Byte security registers, single power supply voltage (1.65~2.0V), and high endurance (100,000 cycles) with 20-year data retention. Available in multiple packages including SOP16, WSON8, TFBGA-24, and WLCSP.
