The GD25Q32E is a 32M-bit (4096K-Byte) serial flash memory supporting standard SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI interfaces. It features high-speed clock frequency up to 133MHz, fast program/erase times (page program: 0.5ms typical, sector erase: 45ms typical), and flexible architecture with uniform 4K-byte sectors and 32/64K-byte blocks. The device offers low power consumption (12μA standby, 1μA deep power-down), software/hardware write protection, advanced security features including a 128-bit Unique ID and security registers, and endurance of 100,000 program/erase cycles with 20-year data retention. It operates on a single 2.7-3.6V power supply and supports XiP (eXecute in Place) operation.
