    The 15KP series is a family of transient voltage suppressors (TVS) with 15000W peak pulse power capability on a 10/1000μs waveform. They feature a glass passivated junction, excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, and fast response time (typically less than 1.0ps). The devices are designed in an R-6 plastic leaded package with a repetition rate (duty cycle) of 0.05%. Uni-directional devices include a color band to denote the cathode end.
