    The iML8683 is a Three Terminal Current Controller (TTCC) for regulating current in LED strings. It operates in parallel with LED strings and functions as a voltage-controlled current source, current regulator, or cut-off device. Suitable for periodical AC voltage source applications, it features all solid-state components, no electrolytic capacitor requirement, compact size, high PF/low THD, high efficiency, flexible PCB layout, wide LED forward voltage selection, distributed heat dissipation, and TRIAC dimmability. The chip offers 88V input sustaining voltage and <3V dropout voltage at 150mA regulating current.
