    The 1N6036 to 1N6072A series are bidirectional TVS diodes in axial packages for through-hole mounting. They feature a peak pulse power rating of 1500 W at 10/1000 µs and clamp transients in less than 100 ps. The working voltage (V_WM) ranges from 5.5 V to 185 V. The devices are housed in a hermetically sealed DO-13 metal package (DO-202AA). Military qualified selections (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) are available per MIL-PRF-19500/507 for the tighter tolerance 'A' suffix types. RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grade.
