24FC128-I/MNY [Microchip]

The 24XX128 series is a 16Kx8 EEPROM family with operation down to 1.7V for 24AA128/24FC128 and 2.5V for 24LC128. It features low-power CMOS technology (write current 3mA max, standby current 1µA max), two-wire I2C interface, cascadable up to eight devices, Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression, output slope control to eliminate ground bounce, and compatibility with 100kHz, 400kHz, and 1MHz (24FC128). It supports page writes up to 64 bytes with 5ms max write time, self-timed erase/write cycles, hardware write-protect, ESD protection >4kV, endurance >1 million cycles, data retention >200 years, and is RoHS compliant. Available in Industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and Extended (-40°C to +125°C) temperature ranges, AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive, in packages including DFN, MSOP, PDIP, SOIC, SOIJ, TDFN, and TSSOP.
