    The AT17LV series are serial EEPROMs designed to store configuration programs for FPGAs. They support both 3.3V and 5.0V operation, feature In-System Programmability (ISP) via a Two-Wire Bus, and offer simple interface to SRAM FPGAs. Compatible with multiple FPGA families including Atmel AT6000/AT40K/AT94K, Altera FLEX/APEX, ORCA, and Xilinx XC3000/XC4000/XC5200/Spartan/Virtex. Devices support cascadable read-back, very low-power CMOS EEPROM process, programmable reset polarity, and are available in 8-lead LAP, 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOIC, 20-lead PLCC, 20-lead SOIC, 44-lead PLCC, and 44-lead TQFP packages. They emulate Atmel AT24CXXX serial EEPROMs, feature low-power standby mode, high reliability (100,000 write cycles endurance, 90-year data retention for industrial at 85°C, 190-year for AT17LV128 commercial at 70°C), and offer green (Pb/Halide-free/RoHS compliant) package options.
