AT17LV512A-10PC [Microchip]

AT17LV512A-10PC Overview

There is a neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package that is used in this program.Packaging for the external environment.0°C~70°C-qualified.With the help of Serial EEPROM, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it in order to power it.Through Hole is the mounting position of this memory device.Data storage is limited to a size of 512kb bytes.Other components related to "AT17LV512A" can also be found by searching the word.A 8 pin is included in it.FPGA is 8-PDIP that is the supplier's device package of this part.Memory is also called a EEPROM memory. In addition to this, it is suitable for Through Hole-applications as well. There is a frequency of 15MHz that is used by the switching controller. The device is capable of operating under temperatures as low as 0°C.The temperature of the ambient environment should not be higher than 70°C for it to operate properly.I recommend a voltage of at least 4.5V for it to run.As far as the maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated as 5.5V.
