The AT24C1024B is a 1M-bit (131,072 x 8) serial EEPROM with two-wire serial interface, optimized for industrial and commercial applications requiring low-power and low-voltage operation. It features Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs for noise suppression, write protect pin for hardware/software data protection, 256-byte page write mode with partial writes allowed, random and sequential read modes, and self-timed write cycle (5 ms typical). The device offers high reliability with 1,000,000 write cycles endurance and 40 years data retention.
