AT28C16-15TI [Microchip]

The AT28C16-T is a 16K (2K x 8) EEPROM that operates on a single 5V supply for read and write operations. It features self-timed byte writes with on-chip address and data latch for SRAM-like write operation, fast write cycle time of 1 ms, and 5-volt-only nonvolatile writes. The device provides end of write detection through RDY/BUSY output and DATA Polling. It offers high reliability with 100,000 write cycles endurance and 10 years minimum data retention. Very low power consumption with 30 mA active current and 100 µA standby current. The memory is accessed like Static RAM and includes write protection features.
