SY10H842LZCTR [MICREL]

The SY10/100H842L are 3.3V single supply, low skew translating 1:4 clock drivers that convert PECL to TTL signals. They feature 300ps pin-to-pin skew and 500ps part-to-part skew, with differential internal design for increased noise immunity and stable threshold inputs. The devices include a VBB reference output, enable input (HIGH forces outputs LOW), and extra TTL/ECL power/ground pins to reduce cross-talk. They offer high drive capability (24mA per output) and are compatible with industry standard 10K and 100K ECL logic levels. Available in 16-pin SOIC package.
