The ZL70102 is a high-performance, half-duplex RF transceiver designed for medical implantable applications. It operates in the MICS-band (402-405 MHz) and ISM-band (433-434 MHz) with support for multiple data rates (800/400/200 kbit/s). The device features an integrated Media Access Controller (MAC) with automatic error handling and flow control, achieving a typical BER of less than 1.5×10⁻¹⁰. It offers ultra-low-power operation with typical 5mA TX/RX current and 290nA sleep/sniff current. The system requires minimal external components (crystal, decoupling, antenna matching) and includes a standard SPI bus interface for easy application access.
