MMA004AA [MICROSEMI]

These low capacitance diode arrays are multiple, discrete, isolated junctions fabricated by a planar process and mounted in a 14-PIN package. They are used as steering diodes to protect up to eight I/O ports from ESD, EFT, or surge by directing them to the positive supply line or ground. An external TVS diode can be added for overvoltage protection. They are also suitable for fast switching core-driver applications, including computers, peripheral equipment, and decoding/encoding applications. The arrays offer advantages of integrated circuits such as high-density packaging and improved reliability, with options for Tin-Lead or RoHS compliant terminations.
