It features 32k bits (4k x 8) capacity, single supply voltage (2.7V to 5.5V), low power consumption (standby 2μA max, active read 0.5mA max), automatic page write mode (16 bytes), write protect via WP pin, sequential and random read modes, 106 cycles endurance, 20 years data retention, and high reliability with symmetric memory array and noise filters.
