PFS7624H [Power Integrations]

HiperPFS-4 devices integrate a 600 V MOSFET, controller, and gate driver in a single package. They use variable frequency CCM operation with constant amp-second on-time and constant volt-second off-time control to achieve high efficiency (>95% from 10% to 100% load) and high power factor (>0.95 at 20% load) across the entire load range. The devices feature digital line peak detection, spread-spectrum EMI reduction, programmable Power Good signal, user-selectable power limit, and comprehensive protection including UVLO, UV, OV, OTP, brown-in/out, and cycle-by-cycle current limit. They eliminate external current sense resistors and reduce component count while simplifying thermal management.
