ISL28634EV2Z [RENESAS]

The ISL2853x and ISL2863x are zero-drift programmable gain instrumentation amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output. The ISL2853x features single-ended output, while the ISL2863x has differential output for driving differential ADCs. They offer 9 programmable gain settings from 1V/V to 1000V/V using two logic inputs, with very low offset (5 µV), low offset drift (50 nV/°C), high gain accuracy (0.05%), and low noise (0.25 µVP-P from 0.1Hz to 10Hz, 20 nV/√Hz at 1kHz). The evaluation boards include all necessary components for easy signal connection and feature VA+ and VA- pins for input common-mode voltage sensing.
