ISL6131EVAL1Z [INTERSIL]

The ISL6131 and ISL6132 are multi-voltage supervisory ICs operating from 1.5V to 5.5V supply voltage. They feature four external resistor-programmable voltage monitoring (VMON) inputs with individual open-drain STATUS outputs. The ISL6131 monitors four supplies for undervoltage, while the ISL6132 monitors two pairs for undervoltage and overvoltage conditions. Both provide a Power-Good (PGOOD) signal that asserts high when all STATUS outputs are valid. The devices include a 160ms stability delay, 30µs glitch immunity, and guaranteed operation down to VDD <1V. They are available in a 4mm x 4mm QFN package and are Pb-free (RoHS compliant).
