    Products Detail

    The ISL6730 family are Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) PFC controllers featuring current error amplifier for accurate input current shaping. They include patent pending negative capacitance technology to reduce zero crossing distortion and magnetic component size, internally clamped 12.5V gate driver, and comprehensive protection features (cycle-by-cycle overcurrent, over power limit, over-temperature, input brownout, output overvoltage/undervoltage). ISL6730A/B offer light load efficiency through automatic pulse skipping, while ISL6730C/D operate without skip mode. Switching frequencies are 124kHz (A/C) and 62kHz (B/D).
