The X9315 is a solid-state potentiometer with 32 wiper tap points and 31 resistive elements. It features a 3-wire serial interface, nonvolatile memory for wiper position storage, and recall on power-up. The device operates from 2.7V or 5V supplies with low power consumption (50/400µA active, 1µA standby). It offers high reliability with 100,000 data changes per bit endurance and 100-year data retention. Available in 10kΩ, 50kΩ, and 100kΩ end-to-end resistance values. The device can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or two-terminal variable resistor. Packages include 8-lead SOIC, MSOP, and PDIP with Pb-free/RoHS compliant options.
