The KAD5612P family uses FemtoCharge™ technology on a standard CMOS process, supporting sampling rates up to 250MSPS. It features an SPI port for configurability, programmable gain, offset and skew control, 1.3GHz analog input bandwidth, 60fs clock jitter, over-range indicator, selectable clock divider, clock phase selection, nap and sleep modes, and selectable data formats (two's complement, gray code or binary). Outputs are DDR LVDS-compatible or LVCMOS. The device operates from a single 1.8V supply and is available in a 72-lead QFN package with exposed paddle. Performance is specified over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
