RT7028AGN [RICHTEK]

The RT7028A/B is a high-voltage gate driver IC with dual outputs designed for driving high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs. It features a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for high dV/dt immunity, enabling stable operation under high noise conditions. The device includes Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) functions for both VCC and BOOT-to-LX bias voltages to prevent malfunction. The logic input pins are TTL compatible for easy interfacing with control devices. It uses an ultra high voltage device and floating well to allow UGATE operation up to 600V.
