The RT7300 is an active PFC controller with CRM operation featuring constant on-time control for near unity power factor, ultra low start-up current (<20μA), input voltage feed-forward compensation, wide supply voltage range (12V to 25V), totem pole gate driver with 600mA sourcing and 800mA sinking current, maximum frequency clamping at 120kHz, DCM THD optimization, fast dynamic response, light load burst mode operation, brown-in/brown-out detection, disable function, maximum/minimum on-time limit, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output over/under voltage protection, and under voltage lockout. It provides comprehensive safety protection and is available in SOP-8 package for cost-effective PFC power conversion with minimal external components.
