BR24C02-MN6TP [ROHM]

BR24C02-MN6TP Overview

In terms of its memory type, it can be classified as Non-Volatile. The case comes in Tape & Reel (TR) size. The case is embedded in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Memory size on the chip is 2Kb 256 x 8. This device uses takes advantage of the EEPROM format. The device's extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA makes it ideal for many demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. The recommended mounting type for this device is Surface Mount. On the chip, there are 8 terminations. The comprehensive working procedure is supported by 1 functions in this part. A voltage of 5V is required for the operation of this memory device. There is a clock frequency rotation of the memory within a 400kHz range. It is common to select similar parts by referring to the device's base part number, BR24C02. An 8-pin package is used to package this memory device. A memory device like this has 8 pins, indicating that there are 8 memory locations on the device. There is a note stating that this memory chip operates at 5V. It uses Surface Mount mounting, which is an efficient, straightforward mounting method. This memory chip requires only 5V of power. By integrating this memory with a I2C-type serial bus, data can be carried and transferred to the CPU easily. With a maximum supply current of 0.002mA , it is able to operate from a variety of supplies.
