L79L12ABD [STMicroelectronics]

L79L12ABD Overview

Packaging of the Liner regulator IC takes the form of a SO case. The PMIC chip has 8 terminations. Fixed is the Voltage Regulator Chip's output type. Currently, 40mA are being output by it at the moment. The sum of the pins in this unit is 8. The part includes 1 outputs in order to ensure that the voltage regulator IC performs effectively and in a timely manner. This voltage regulator IC is what is known as a standard Other Regulators component. Packing the voltage regulator IC is done in a method called TUBE. Upon reaching its maximal output current, 100mA, it is able to satisfy the operation requirements. It operates in the 6.5mA Quiescent Current state. In the event that the temperature in your room falls below 125°C, then this feature should be used at such a time. During the operation of the chip, the chip's operating temperature is not less than -40°C degrees. In general, this voltage regulator IC will output -13.2V volts when used as a system part.
