LF18CPT-TR [STMicroelectronics]

LF18CPT-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD case is used for packaging. As you can see, the IC chip has 4 terminations. Regulator IC chip's output type is Fixed. The electronic part implements 1 regulators in total. In this Regulator IC chip, the operating temperature of Surface Mount varies. -40°C~125°C degrees is the operating temperature of the Voltage Regulator IC. There is one output function configured for this voltage regulator IC, and that is Positive. There are 4 pins in total in this voltage regulator IC. It has 1 outputs to ensure that the performance of this regulator is prompt and sufficient. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. 5 pins are on the chip. For your information, this regulator's basic part number is LF18. To meet operation requirements, the voltage regulator IC has a maximum output current of 500mA. It operates in the 1mA Quiescent Current state.
