Description

The MJE350 is a medium-power linear and switching silicon planar NPN transistor. The transistor can sustain a maximum load voltage of 300V, making it ideal for use in DC applications that require a lot of voltage. A maximum load of 500mA or 0.5A DC is supported by this transistor. MJE350 is a low-voltage or battery-powered switch that can be used in both high-voltage and low-voltage circuits.
