TS374IN [STMicroelectronics]

TS374IN Overview

The product is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) in order to facilitate transportation.Output type of this comparator is CMOS, MOS, Open-Drain, TTL .The part is shipped by Tube .The comparator has 14 terminals. The electrical component in this case belongs to the Comparator family. This comparator is capable of handling a wide range of tasks if it is supplied with a voltage of 5V .This is a typical comparator of type Differential .Currently, it consists of only 4 elements. The device includes 14 pins.In general, mounting type Through Hole is recommended.Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction.14 pins are available on the comparator. In order to find a solution that meets your specific needs, search TS374 for more pin-to-pin solutions.A quiescent current of 250?A is observed in this comparator.A Through Hole is provided for mounting it onto a PCB or another board.Normal use of the device should require a nominal supply current of 250?A .An excess of current supply over 250?A could result in malfunction of the comparator.A power supply of 5V is sufficient for the operation of the device.
