HAL1502UA-A [TDK]

The HAL 15xy family is an improved successor of the HAL 5xy family, available as 3-wire version with short-circuit protected open-drain output and 2-wire version with current output. It features low power consumption (typ. 1.6 mA), fast response times (2 μs sampling and output refresh), and special safety features like a unique power-on self-test. It operates over a wide supply voltage range (2.7 V to 24 V) and junction temperature range (-40°C to 170°C), and is qualified to AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 ASIL A ready. The device is available in small SOT23 and TO92UA packages and offers high robustness against mechanical stress and ESD up to ±8 kV.
