The Stellaris® Intelligent Display Modules (MDL-IDM and MDL-IDM28) are based on the LM3S6918 microcontroller (32-bit ARM Cortex-M3, 50 MHz). They feature a 2.8" QVGA LCD (240x320, 16-bit color, resistive touch) and 10/100 Ethernet. The MDL-IDM includes Power over Ethernet (PoE) and a 24V DC jack, while the MDL-IDM28 lacks PoE. Both have 5V DC terminals, serial (RS232), 4 analog inputs, and a relay output. Memory includes 256 KB flash, 64 KB SRAM, 168 KB image RAM, and a microSD slot. Software development is supported by the Stellaris Graphics Library and various tools.
