Products Detail

The series includes diodes with flat lens (OP168, OP268) for wide radiation angle and integral lens (OP169, OP269) for narrow beam angle. They are mechanically and spectrally matched to other OPTEK devices. The OP268FPS is an 850nm gallium aluminum arsenide infrared emitting diode that performs like an ideal point source. The diodes are suitable for space-limited applications and offer design flexibility.

Key Features

Flat lens for wide radiation angle (OP168, OP268)
Integral lens for narrow beam angle (OP169, OP269)
Easily stackable on 0.100” (2.54 mm) hole centers
Mechanically and spectrally matched to other OPTEK devices

Application scenarios

Space-limited applications
PCBoard mounted slotted switch
PCBoard interrupter
