These sensors feature TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output and are mounted in a TO-18 hermetically sealed package. They include four output options, high noise immunity, and direct TTL/LSTTL interface. The devices are mechanically and spectrally matched to other Optek LEDs. OPL800 series devices feature medium-speed data rates to 250 kBaud with typical rise and fall times of 25 nanoseconds. Some models include a voltage regulator added to their photologic chips.
