PC123YS [SHARP]

The PC123 Series is a 4-pin DIP photocoupler featuring an IRED optically coupled to a phototransistor. It offers reinforced insulation with minimum 0.4mm isolation distance, high isolation voltage of 5.0kV (rms), and current transfer ratio (CTR) from 50% to 400% at 5mA input current. The series includes double transfer mold packaging ideal for flow soldering, multiple CTR ranks, and long creepage distance (min. 8mm for wide lead-form types). It provides reliable signal transmission and isolation in various applications.
