S102S01 [SHARP]

The S102S01 and S202S01 Series are solid state relays (SSR) that integrate an infrared emitting diode (IRED), a Phototriac Detector, and a main output Triac. They are designed for controlling high voltage AC loads with solid state reliability and provide 4.0kV isolation from input to output. Key features include an output current of up to 8A (rms), non-zero crossing function, 4-pin SIP package, high repetitive peak off-state voltage (400V for S102S01, 600V for S202S01), and a screw hole for heat sink. Lead-free terminal components are also available.
