InMate is a through-hole socket mount system designed for use with pin-compatible Maxi, Mini, and Micro Family DC-DC converters and configurable power supplies. It features individual plastic carriers for input and output, each containing an array of sockets for full, half, or quarter-brick modules. The sockets are factory loaded into the carrier, which holds them rigidly during assembly and soldering. After soldering, the carriers are removed, leaving the sockets accurately positioned. The system supports inboard (with PCB cutout) or onboard mounting and is compatible with ModuMate or RoHS pin styles. The sockets are soldered into the board, and the module can be plugged in at any time later.
