Converts a USB port to 2 independently controllable RS232 serial ports.
Designed with FTDI’s FT2232H Hi-Speed USB device the module can enable connecting legacy RS232 peripherals to your PC USB port at data rates up to 1Mbps.
The module is powered from the host USB port.
All modem control lines are provided TXD, RXD, RTS, CTS, DCD, DTR and DSD.
Pin 9 of the DE-9P connectors is a RI# pin for remotely waking up a sleeping host.
Indicator LEDs are included to show data transfer and power status
The product works with the royalty free FTDI drivers for Windows, MAC OSX, Linux, Android.
The USB-COM232-PLUS2 is fully RoHS compliant and is CE, FCC and UKCA approved.
Operating temperature range -40oC to +85oC.
