MLCE14A [Microchip]

This series features a rectifier diode element in series and opposite direction, providing very low capacitance (<100 pF) for protecting high-frequency signal lines. Working standoff voltages range from 6.5 to 170 volts. Devices suppress transients up to 1,500 watts at 10/1000 μs, protect against ESD and EFT per IEC 61000-4-2/4-4, and offer secondary lightning protection per IEC 61000-4-5. Available in RoHS compliant versions with high-reliability options including wafer/assembly lot traceability, 100% surge testing, and enhanced screening per MIL-PRF-19500.
