    HiperPFS integrates a CCM boost PFC controller, gate driver, and high-voltage MOSFET in a single package. It eliminates external current sense resistors, reduces power losses, and uses variable-frequency control to maximize efficiency across loads. Features include spread-spectrum EMI reduction, comprehensive protection (UV, OV, OTP, brown-in/out, current limiting), and high integration for smaller designs. Suitable for 75W to 1kW applications with up to 1kW peak output power.
