    The HiperPFS-3 devices integrate a continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost PFC controller, gate driver, ultra-low reverse recovery Qspeed diode, and high-voltage power MOSFET in a single package. They eliminate external current sense resistors and use variable frequency control to maximize efficiency across the entire load range, especially at light loads. The devices minimize EMI filtering requirements and provide comprehensive protection features. Suitable for PFC applications from 75 W to 900 W.
