    Products Detail

    The HIP4083 is a three phase high side N-channel MOSFET driver for PWM motor control. It independently drives three high side N-channel MOSFETs in three phase bridge configuration. The device has no built-in turn-on delay, with outputs turning on 65ns after input switched low and off 60ns after input switched high. It requires bootstrap capacitors to be refreshed periodically. The HIP4083 is optimized for applications where size and cost are important, with reduced drive current compared to HIP4086, making it ideal for low to moderate power applications.
