S101DH1 [SHARP]

The S101DH1 and S201DH1 Series are non-zero crossing solid state relays (SSR) that integrate an IRED, Phototriac, and output Triac. They feature an output current of up to 1.5A RMS, 16-pin DIP package, and high isolation voltage of 4.0kV. The series offers high repetitive peak off-state voltage (400V for S101DH1, 600V for S201DH1), superior noise immunity (dV/dt min 200V/µs for S101DH1, 100V/µs for S201DH1), and fast response time (max 100µs). They are available with lead-free terminals and TÜV approval options.
