EPC1441TC32N [INTEL]

EPC devices provide a single-chip configuration solution for Altera FPGAs, featuring 4-Mb, 8-Mb, or 16-Mb flash memories for configuration data storage. They include on-chip decompression to nearly double effective configuration density, combine standard flash die and controller die in a stacked chip package, and support external flash interface for parallel programming and processor access. The devices offer page mode for remote/local reconfiguration with up to eight system configurations, byte-wide fast passive parallel (FPP) configuration, and true n-bit concurrent configuration (n=1,2,4,8). Additional features include programmable configuration clock sources, pin-selectable power-on reset times, IEEE 1532 in-system programmability, JTAG boundary scan support, and standby mode for reduced power consumption. Available in 100-pin PQFP and 88-pin UFBGA packages with 3.3V operation.
