    The AT27C010(L) is a low-power, high-performance 1,048,576-bit OTP EPROM organized as 128K by 8 bits. It requires only one 5V power supply in normal read mode operation with byte access in less than 45 ns. Two power versions are offered: AT27C010 typically consumes 25 mA in read mode, while AT27C010L requires only 8 mA. Standby mode supply current is typically less than 10 µA. The device features JEDEC standard packages (32-Lead PDIP, PLCC, TSOP), high reliability with 2000V ESD protection and 200 mA latchup immunity, and a rapid programming algorithm (100 µs/byte). Inputs and outputs are CMOS and TTL compatible. Includes integrated product identification code and supports commercial, industrial, and automotive temperature ranges.
