ISL8022EVAL2Z [RENESAS]

The ISL8022 is a dual 2A/1.7A high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with up to 97% efficiency. It operates from a 2.8V to 5.5V supply voltage and features 180° out-of-phase operation, power-good output with 1ms delay, 3% output accuracy over temperature/load/line, and start-up with pre-biased output. The device offers 40µA quiescent supply current in PFM mode, selectable forced PWM and PFM modes, external synchronization up to 8MHz, and typical 6.5µA logic controlled shutdown current. It includes 100% maximum duty cycle for lowest dropout, internal current mode compensation, peak current limiting with hiccup mode short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and negative current detection and protection. The ISL8022 is offered in a 4mmx3mm 12-lead DFN package with 1mm maximum height.
